Has anyone else been following the case of Devell Alexander and Shukeyina Godfrey in Chicago's Austin neighborhood? I can't stop thinking about how devastating this must be for their families and friends. It's tragic enough losing one loved one, but two at once? I read they were found near a car on West Quincy Street, both suffering from gunshot wounds. It's infuriating that there hasn't been a single arrest or even a suspect identified. How can something like this happen and still be unsolved after all this time? I'm really hoping those responsible are found soon, not just for Devell’s and Shukeyina’s families, but for the entire community. Everyone deserves to feel safe in their neighborhoods, and it's heartbreaking that gun violence still feels so rampant and unresolved. What do you all think about how these investigations are handled? It's such a frustrating situation.
