I’ve been following Scott Roth’s case since the beginning, and something that really stands out to me is the potential role that conflict resolution education could play in preventing these tragic incidents. From what I understand, Scott had a disagreement with Isaiah Cain that escalated beyond control. It's tough not to think about how things might have turned out if both had access to resources that helped them handle conflicts in a safer way. Scott seemed like someone who was genuinely caring and passionate about his interests, and it’s such a loss that this happened over what appears to have been a heated argument. It breaks my heart that his friends and family have to go through this. Offering support and education within communities might be a small step, but it's one way to honor his memory by potentially preventing future violence. I'd love to hear others' thoughts on education and prevention efforts—has anything like this happened in your area? How can we push for more of these programs to help ensure young people like Scott aren't taken from us too soon?
