Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Donald Ruben, and something that really sticks with me is how he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's terrifying to think that you can be walking in your own neighborhood and meet such a fate. It makes me wonder about the lack of security cameras in the area. Having more surveillance might not have saved Donald, but it could have been crucial in catching whoever was responsible for this tragic incident. My heart goes out to Donald’s family and the community. They deserve answers and some measure of peace. The fact that there's been so little progress is really disheartening. It seems like there are too many cases like this, where justice feels like a distant dream. I'm hopeful that someone with information will come forward. Maybe it's just a matter of time and persistence on the part of the investigators. What do you all think? Is there something more that could be done to prevent these kinds of tragedies?
Sending love and strength to the Ruben family. —Kelly C.
