Has anyone else been following the De’Andre Clark case? It's so sad that nothing seems to be moving forward, and it makes me think about the impact on his mother, Iris Blair. Losing an only child is something no parent should ever have to endure. I can't even imagine what it must be like for her, especially given that De’Andre was visiting from out of state. It feels like the authorities need to be doing more to bring peace to his family and closure to this tragic situation. There’s been a lot of talk about gun violence in Chicago, but seeing how real people and families like the Clarks are affected makes it hit closer to home. It’d be great if we could keep the discussion going and see if anyone has new insights or ways to support his family in their quest for justice.
