I came across this case recently, and it’s been weighing on my mind, especially the part about Iskra Pourel-Popova’s role as a caregiver. It’s truly awful to think how a person who dedicated her life to caring for others could meet such a fate. From what I gathered, Iskra was known for her kindness and compassion—qualities that are becoming rare nowadays. Just thinking about her, I can’t help but feel for those elderly folks she used to look after. They must be devastated by her loss, not just because of the tragedy, but also due to the void left by such a wonderful caregiver. It's heartbreaking how senseless violence can take away someone who genuinely made the world a better place for many. Sending strength to all who knew her.
