Has anyone else been following the details surrounding Jerrell Hughes' murder? It's so perplexing how there seems to be little to no traction in the investigation, even over three years later. I keep thinking about the initial confusion about the location of the shooting. Mistaking Maywood for Chicago could point to how chaotic the scene might have been or maybe even a mix-up in early reports.
