Has anyone else been following the updates on Simon Powell's case? What strikes me is the sheer determination of the investigators and the community to find some form of closure. The fact that they even drained local ponds is a testament to their commitment. With Stacey Welch and Mitchell Lambert being charged, I can't help but wonder what evidence led to their arrest. It's been so long, and yet they keep pushing forward. It makes me think of all the cases that might not have gotten such devoted resources. I'm hopeful that they'll find Powell's remains and bring a proper resolution for his family. Anyone else have thoughts on how these cases are resolved after so many years?
