What's especially infuriating is how gang activities continue to wreak havoc in neighborhoods like Auburn Gresham. It's like living in a war zone where innocent lives are often collateral damage. From what I've read, there are folks in the local community actively working to create safe spaces and provide support to young people to steer them away from gang influences. It's these grassroots efforts that bring a glimmer of hope amidst such tragic circumstances. I keep thinking, if only more resources and support systems were in place, maybe we could prevent the loss of more lives like Paul's.
