Chicago's neighborhoods, especially in areas like Cottage Grove Heights, are busy during the day, and I would expect there to be more eyewitness accounts coming forward.
It's critical that anyone who might have seen the orange Dodge Charger or anything suspicious reaches out to the authorities. Even the smallest detail might help.
