I can’t imagine what Luis’s girlfriend felt discovering him that morning, and how that image of the car is now etched into her memory forever. Sending strength to all who knew him as they navigate these difficult days. I'm hopeful that the unique details like the placard will help bring about justice for Luis and some sense of peace to his family.
