Has anyone else been following the emotional tribute the community held for Mario Turner in Roseland? I was incredibly moved by the stories shared about him and the turnout of people who came together to celebrate his life. It just goes to show the profound impact he had on those around him. It’s both uplifting and so tragic to see the community rallying around his family during this difficult time. His legacy seems to be one of kindness and generosity, and it makes me wonder how we can support neighborhoods like Roseland that are hit hard by such violence. The strength of his family must be immense; I can't imagine the pain they’ve endured. I hope this tragic event reminds us all of our shared responsibility to look after each other and work towards creating safer environments for everyone.

Hey everyone, Has anyone else been following the testimony from Mario Turner's friends during Grady's trial? It was both powerful and deeply moving. I can't imagine what it must have been like for those who were with him that night. They showed immense courage facing the court and reliving such a traumatic event. Their willingness to stand up and share their stories demonstrates how much Mario meant to them and how crucial it was to seek justice for him. This trial really brought to light how important community support is, especially in such tough times. My thoughts are with Mario's family and friends as they continue to navigate this difficult journey. May we all find ways to support each other and drive positive change in our communities. Keep discussing and advocating for a safer city, everyone. Stay safe.
