Has anyone looked into the area where Jefferey was last seen on September 28, 2016? I've been thinking about the geographical aspects of Tacoma, Washington. Did he live near any parks, forests, or even waterfronts where someone might unknowingly wander off? I'm also curious about any surveillance cameras in the vicinity that might have caught something useful. With so much time gone by, it seems like the smallest detail might lead to a breakthrough. Any locals here have thoughts on the areas around his last known location, or have there been any community searches I'm unaware of?

This case has always been puzzling, especially since Jefferey was known to have a routine. I've looked up a few articles and online discussions, but still can't find any solid theories about what might have happened. It seems like the last place he was definitely seen was near his favorite coffee shop in Tacoma. Does anyone know if there was any surveillance footage from there or if the staff remembers anything unusual from that day? Also, it's been a long time since he went missing; has there been any discussion about organizing a search or vigil in his honor to keep his case in the public eye? Any info or ideas would be great.
