Has anyone looked into the events leading up to Aaron's attendance at the VFW Hall that night? From what I've read, Aaron was a dedicated father and engaged to be married, so I'm curious about who he might have been with or why he was there. Sometimes these social gatherings can have dynamics we aren't aware of. It's tough seeing a case like this still unsolved, especially when it involves someone who seemed to be a cornerstone to those around him. Not to mention his love for the Lakers and UNC—hearing about his favorite teams would bring a smile to his friends and family.
