Was anyone else struck by the location where Dominic was killed on Wilkens Avenue? It's really unsettling how that specific area continues to be a hotspot for violence even years later. From what I've read, that street has a history of violent incidents, and it really makes you think about the kids growing up around there. How many young people have been put at risk just because of their surroundings? It's sad to hear about Dominic, who lost his future in such a senseless way. My heart goes out to his family and friends who have to live with the loss. I hope that more can be done in these neighborhoods to protect those who are just trying to live their lives.
