Living in Chicago can sometimes feel daunting when you hear about cases like Kevin Change's tragic death. What stands out to me is the role of surveillance footage in this case. It truly shows how important it is to have unbiased evidence to bring clarity in such devastating situations. From what’s been shared, the footage seems crucial, with Phillips being identified by his parole officer. It’s hard not to feel for Kevin's family and friends – knowing that some sense of justice might depend on this technology. It’s chilling to think of what would happen without these recordings. I really hope this evidence helps bring some form of relief to those mourning Kevin and highlights the importance of improving safety measures in areas plagued by similar violence.
