Has anyone looked into the New Year celebrations in Dixon around the time Herbert Tso Nelson went missing? Considering it was January 1, 1979, there might have been events or gatherings in town that day. Maybe someone remembers seeing him or noticed something unusual? Community events can sometimes lead to overlooked witnesses or memories. Also, I've read that small details can jog people's memories even after many years. Does anyone have local stories or newspaper clippings from that time? Keeping the conversation going is crucial, especially in cases that have seen little to no updates for so long.
