Did anyone see the news about the shooting at WeatherTech last year? It’s terrible that Central Hightower lost his life in such a senseless way. I can't stop thinking about the security protocols in place at these large facilities. It makes you wonder, could this have been prevented with better screening or more stringent background checks for temporary employees? Safety in the workplace is something all employees deserve, and it's tragic that it took such an awful event to bring this issue to light. My heart goes out to Central's family and the other victims. I hope that companies will start paying more attention to these critical safety measures to protect everyone.
I’ve been following the case of Central Hightower's murder, and just can’t stop thinking about the impact this has had on the community of Bolingbrook.
