Has anyone else been following the Ring doorbell footage that shows part of the incident with the Rodriguez family? I can't help but feel an eerie chill thinking about how such a devastating event was captured in real-time by a simple security camera. Imagining Lupe, Emilio, and Briana's last moments feels so heavy. What hits hardest is the stark contrast between their ordinary suburban surroundings and the horror that unfolded. I read that the footage will not be publicly released out of respect for the family's privacy, which I totally agree with. It just makes me wonder how the neighborhood is coping, knowing that snippets of that tragic morning exist and how they're balancing the need for privacy with the desire for answers. It's unimaginable to think what the survivors and Jorge Rodriguez are going through right now. They deserve all the support we can offer.
