I've been following the heartbreaking case of Shawn Boone and Mark Lee, and I can't stop thinking about the impact this tragedy must have on their families. I didn't know them personally, but I can't imagine the pain their loved ones are dealing with right now. I also wanted to highlight the role the community is playing in seeking justice. The folks in the South Chicago neighborhood are really stepping up, organizing meetings, and working closely with local leaders to push for more safety measures. It really goes to show how tight-knit and supportive this community is, even in the face of such a senseless act. Let's hope the police can gather the information they need to catch those responsible. It’s so important that we all stay vigilant and support each other in these times. If any of you have info, please, please come forward. Every little bit helps in bringing justice for Shawn and Mark.
