Wow, every time I read about Officer Bill Watson, I get goosebumps. What a brave man, stepping into the line of danger even when he was off duty. I recently read that besides his work with the police and at Peachtree Mall, Bill was also studying to become a minister. It really got me thinking about the depth of his character and his dedication to serving and protecting, both spiritually and physically. It's so remarkable that even when he wasn't on active duty, he still felt compelled to uphold the law and protect others. His actions on that tragic night were truly heroic, and it’s heartbreaking to think of the loss his family must have felt. Seeing how his son, Billy Watson Jr., has carried on his legacy through forgiveness and service is incredibly inspiring. It's a prime example of turning pain into purpose. Sending lots of love and strength to the Watson family. ❤️
