I keep thinking about the impact this horrific crime had on Danny and Cheryl's four young sons. Losing both parents in such a violent and senseless manner is unimaginable, and it must have been incredibly challenging for them as they grew up. I wonder if they received the support and help they needed from friends, family, or even the community during that devastating time. It's the kind of trauma that can affect a person for the rest of their life, and my heart goes out to these children, who never got the chance to know their parents as they grew up. I hope wherever they are today, they've found some measure of peace. If anyone has more information on how they’ve been doing or any resources that helped them, I think it would contribute a lot to the discussion.
