I'm really curious about the discovery of Frederick Antone Putzi's wallet in Blythe, California. It's puzzling to me how it ended up so far from where he was last seen in San Francisco. Does anyone know if there were any connections he might have had in or around Blythe, or could this have been a random dumping ground? Also, with it turning up in a landfill, I'm wondering if it was found during some routine activity or if someone knew it was there. It's so frustrating how little information there is, even with such a key piece of evidence like his wallet. Anyone have any insights or theories?
Has anyone else looked into the timeline around the discovery of Frederick's wallet? I've been digging through old articles, and it's really bizarre to me. His wallet was found in a landfill all the way in Blythe, which is hours away from San Francisco. How did it end up there? Was it thrown away intentionally, or could someone have been trying to dispose of evidence? It's frustrating that the authorities didn’t get more leads from the wallet. Just feels like it could have been such a crucial piece to putting the puzzle together. Does anyone know if forensic analysis was done on it back in '85?
