Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Ramie Lamont Mays and I couldn't help but think about the impact this tragedy must have had on his friends and family. An 18-year-old just starting out in life, and suddenly, he's gone. It's such a painful reminder of how fragile life can be, especially in places grappling with so much violence. I wonder about the trauma his loved ones are experiencing. It’s tough knowing that they may never have any closure if his case remains unsolved. At such a young age, I'm sure Ramie had dreams and aspirations that were abruptly snatched away. It’s another clear call for us to press for change. I hope that with enough attention on cases like his, the community can rally around efforts to bring some peace to families left in the wake of such violence. My heart goes out to anyone who knew him and is still feeling his loss today.
