Hi everyone, I recently came across the case of Elois Mae Green Anderson, and I'm really curious about something I noticed – why was her funeral service held at the Dooly County High School Gymnasium? It seems like an unusual choice for a funeral venue. It's clear that Elois was a beloved figure in her community, so maybe the gymnasium was chosen to accommodate a large number of mourners? I imagine the turnout was significant, given her long-term employment at Dollar General and her active presence in the community. If anyone knows more about local customs in Vienna, Georgia, or if it's common there to host services in such venues, it would be great to hear from you. It certainly speaks to just how many people's lives she touched. My thoughts are with her family and friends who must still feel the weight of her absence. Thanks for any insights you can share.
