Has anyone else been puzzled by the video evidence presented during Anthony Banks' trial? From what I’ve seen, it was supposed to be the key piece to support the prosecution's case. But it seems like it might have actually worked in the defense’s favor instead. I'm not a legal expert by any means, but how does this happen? It seems like such a core piece of evidence should be clear-cut yet there were discrepancies that could introduce reasonable doubt. I can't even begin to imagine how Terrence’s family, especially Toni, is coping with this aspect of it all - hoping to find closure from something that seems to have become even more convoluted. It must be incredibly frustrating knowing the primary evidence didn’t solidify what they believed was justice for Terrence. Thoughts?
