Has anyone else been struck by the role that Harriette's written work played in uncovering the truth of her death? I've been following this case closely, and it's chilling to think that her passion for writing might have helped shine a light on the darker parts of her life that she shared with trusted friends. It seems some of her fears were communicated in personal writings that became pivotal during the trial. The fact that these fears were documented shows how deeply she felt about the situation, and I'm glad they were used to help bring justice. It’s comforting to know that Harriette’s voice could still be heard in the courtroom, standing against the injustice she faced. This case really underscores the importance of listening to and believing those who express fear for their safety. My heart goes out to her sons and all those who cherished her.
