Has anyone else been following the witness testimonies in the Robert Bolden case? I was particularly struck by the conflicting accounts regarding whether Bolden actually had a gun during the incident outside Riverwind Apartments. Some witnesses seemed pretty certain about him being unarmed, while others painted a different picture. It must have been incredibly confusing for the jury to process all this contradictory information. My heart goes out to Bolden's family, who have to live with unanswered questions about what exactly happened that night. It really makes you think about how the justice system navigates such complex cases and the burden it places on everyone involved. Does anyone have thoughts on how these types of testimonies are weighed during a trial like this?
