I've been diving into Jennifer Lynn Vallandingham's case lately, and something that's been bothering me is the mystery surrounding why she never showed up in court after her arrest on September 28, 1988. It seems like such a crucial detail, yet there's hardly any information about what happened after she was taken in by the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Was she really released? Did something happen between the arrest and her supposed release? It just seems odd that there's no solid confirmation on her movements after that arrest. It leaves so much room for questions. Does anyone have any thoughts on what could have gone down during that time frame? Would love to hear if anyone else is as puzzled as I am about this aspect.
