Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of James Lewis Caldwell and something that's been nagging at me is the reluctance of witnesses to come forward. I totally get why people might be scared with all the gang-related violence around, but it's heartbreaking to think that fear might be preventing justice for James and closure for his family. I've read about other cases where communities have come together to support each other and the witnesses – does anyone know if there were any efforts like this in James's neighborhood? It seems like building trust and protecting witnesses could really make a difference in solving cases like this. Would love to hear your thoughts or any insights from locals who might know more about what was happening on the ground back in 2010. Thanks!
