It's been over eight years since the tragic night Quinton Davis lost his life, and I can't help but wonder about the impact this has had on his friends and family. From everything I've read and heard, Quinton was a bright young man with a promising future ahead of him. It's so disheartening to see his life cut short in such a violent way.
This case feels like it just got lost in the shuffle. We're talking about a neighborhood that has dealt with its fair share of crime, sure, but Quinton wasn't just another statistic. He was a son, a friend, possibly an uncle or brother — those connections matter deeply. Has there been any community effort to remember him or push for progress in the case? Sometimes these grassroots movements can reignite interest in a dormant investigation.
