Has anyone looked into any active construction sites around Long Beach back in '92? I know it might seem like a stretch, but if Nick mentioned going downtown for a haircut, maybe he wandered off track. Sometimes people disoriented or confused might end up in areas like that. Considering he was 84 and possibly showing early signs of dementia, it's not impossible that he could've gotten lost or run into some trouble in a secluded area. If there were workers around, they might’ve seen something and maybe just didn’t connect it to the missing person reports at the time. It's just one avenue, but every little bit might help the investigation. Has this angle been explored by anyone?
Hey everyone,
I recently stumbled upon the case of Nicholas C. Gonzales, who went missing back in '92, and something really caught my attention about his last known whereabouts. Does anyone else find it odd that he just vanished on a seemingly ordinary trip for a haircut in downtown Long Beach? I know we've discussed his profile and appearance before, but does anyone have insights into which specific barbershops or areas he might have frequented back then?
I feel like understanding his routine or favorite spots could shed some light, especially if someone around those areas remembers something unusual. Also, considering how thorough and precise some barbershop clients are about their preferences, maybe there's a chance he shared more details with someone. Just a thought, but I'd be curious to hear your perspectives or if anyone has tried mapping out potential locations based on his habits.
Let's keep digging and see if this angle might lead to something new!
Hey everyone, I was just going over the info on Nicholas C. Gonzales again, and I can't help but focus on the fact that he mentioned going downtown for a haircut. Does anyone know what barber shops were around in Long Beach in '92? Maybe someone saw something back then but didn't connect it to Nick's case. I wonder if the police ever checked with all the barbers in the area. It's a long shot, but I feel like even the smallest detail could help after so many years.
