I was revisiting Bun Wa Chew’s case and noticed something peculiar that I'd love to get everyone's thoughts on. It seems like, despite all these years, there hasn’t been much discussion about the area where Bun was last seen in San Francisco. Do we have any insight into what was going on around that time in the neighborhood? Was it typically busy, and were there any notable events or incidents that could’ve possibly helped (or hindered) any eyewitnesses coming forward? Any locals or anyone with ties to SF in the '90s who might have more context on what the scene was like back then? It's baffling how little information surfaced, and I'd be interested in theories or insights about the location specifics!

Has anyone else looked into Bun Wa Chew’s connections in San Francisco at the time he went missing? I read a local article from back in the '90s that mentioned he was part of a close-knit community in Chinatown. I’m curious if there’s any info about whether any of his friends or coworkers noticed anything unusual leading up to his disappearance. It’s strange how there have been no leads all these years. If anyone has access to old newspapers or community bulletins, it would be fascinating to see if there are interviews or statements from people who knew him. Sometimes the smallest detail can open a new avenue for investigation. What do you all think?
