I’ve been thinking a lot about Forrest's life and all the places he lived - from California to Spain and back to Georgia. It's a journey that not many people get to take, especially at such a young age. It’s almost as if his life was an adventurous voyage, each place leaving a piece of itself in him. This really makes me wonder about the person he became through these experiences. Living in so many different communities must have given him a unique perspective on life, maybe that's what drew him to Georgia Southern University and its diverse environment. I wish he’d had more time to explore his passions and share his talents with the world. It’s such a deep loss for everyone who knew him, especially for those who watched him grow from one phase to another. If anyone has stories of their time with Forrest in any of these places, I'd love to hear and honor his memory through them.
