Isaac Stevens was a 25-year-old Black man shot on the steps in the 4700 block of Sayer Avenue in Baltimore during the predawn hours of Sunday, April 24, 2011. He suffered a gunshot wound to his torso, was taken to Shock Trauma Center, and was pronounced dead there.

Police treated his killing as a separate incident from several other homicides that occurred in the city within a short span that same night. Detectives canvassed the neighborhood after the shooting, but no arrests or suspects have been publicly announced and the case has grown cold.
