I've been thinking a lot about Nancy Green and her connection to the local community. It's always incredibly telling how much someone was loved by looking at the support from their neighbors, and by the sounds of it, Nancy was a cherished part of her community in Columbus. Working in hardware stores like Country Side, West Hardware, and even major ones like Lowe's and Home Depot, she must've had countless interactions with locals that now miss her presence dearly. It feels like those everyday interactions in workplaces really help build a sense of community. I’m curious if anyone has personal stories or memories of Nancy from those days. It might be a way to honor her memory by sharing how she impacted your life. My heart goes out to her partner Rita and their whole family as they navigate this difficult time. ?
