I’ve been following Devontay Roscoe’s case closely, and I can’t wrap my head around it. One thing that really stands out to me is the role of the security footage from the convenience store. It seems pretty significant, yet the defense argued that Rodriguez Daggett couldn't have been both at the store and at the scene of the shooting in such a short time span. Does anyone think it's plausible that the timing could have worked out for him to be at both places? Also, how reliable is this kind of video footage usually considered in court? I feel for Devontay’s family and especially his brother, Damarko, who had to witness such a traumatic event and then go through a tough trial. It's all so incredibly frustrating.

I've been following the Devontay Roscoe case closely and I'm puzzled by how the jury reached a not-guilty verdict, especially considering the security footage and Damarko's testimony. It seems like there were significant pieces of evidence pointing towards Rodriguez Daggett, yet the defense's argument about timelines appeared to sway the jury enough for acquittal. It's challenging to comprehend how something seemingly straightforward can become so convoluted in the courtroom. I can't imagine what Devontay’s family, especially his younger brother, must be going through right now, having to relive that night during the trial. I hope they find the peace and justice they deserve.

I've been following the case of Devontay Roscoe's murder, and something that's been bothering me is a comment made during the trial about the timeline between the store visit and the shooting. From what I understand, the sequence of events was pretty tight, and I'm curious about traffic conditions around 9 p.m. on the night of the incident. Could these have influenced the timeline of Daggett's movements? Also, it's so devastating to think about how quickly everything happened. One moment, Devontay was just answering the door at his home—a place where he should have felt safe—and the next, a life was taken. My heart goes out to his family, especially his younger brother, Damarko. Being there and witnessing such a traumatic event must have been horrifying. I hope they find some peace and support during this incredibly difficult time. Anyone else have thoughts or insights on the timeline from that night?
