Does anyone else find it odd that Hernandez’s remains have still never been recovered, even after all these years? I know Diaz-Nivarez and her son were convicted, but it bothers me that his body hasn’t been found. I keep thinking about the possibility that justice isn't fully served until he’s found and his family gets some semblance of closure. Is it possible there are undiscovered links or someone else involved in hiding his body? Just seems strange after all this time and digging that nothing concrete beyond the jewelry has been unearthed. It's almost like there’s a missing piece to this puzzle that hasn't been uncovered yet. Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts on why they think we haven’t found him yet.

Has anyone else been intrigued by the role of the van found in Mission Viejo in Mario Rodriguez Hernandez's case? The fact that there was a strong gasoline smell inside it has me wondering if it was possibly an attempt to destroy evidence or maybe a failed attempt to torch the vehicle? It's strange there wasn’t any overt signs of foul play at the site. Seems to suggest they might've been trying to lead investigators on a wild goose chase. Also, Mission Viejo isn’t that close to Santa Ana—could it have been deliberately left there to steer the investigation in a different direction? I’d love to hear other thoughts on this aspect.
