I've been following the case of Damond Wallace and it's so disheartening to see how many cases from that time in Baltimore are still unsolved. It's especially tough knowing that Damond was taken on Christmas Eve—a time when families should be coming together, not torn apart by such senseless violence. It makes you think about the families left to wonder year after year, hoping for some kind of breakthrough. I can't help but feel that the lack of leads or eyewitnesses cooperation in cases like Damond's only adds to the feeling of helplessness and frustration. The community and police need each other to break through this wall of silence, but distrust and fear can be powerful barriers. I've been thinking about what more can be done to support these communities and maybe bridge the gap so people feel safe enough to come forward. If anyone has ideas or insight into how other cities have successfully tackled similar issues, I’d love to hear them. Justice for Damond and others in his situation means even more when communities come together to stop this cycle of violence.

Hey everyone, I wanted to talk about Damond Wallace’s case, and something that's been on my mind is how these unsolved murders from 2011, like Damond’s, seem to fall through the cracks. It’s incredibly frustrating and I can only imagine how tough this is for Damond's family and friends who are left without answers or justice. The number of cases like this in Baltimore from that year is just staggering, and yet it seems like so little progress has been made in many of them. It makes you think about how vital community engagement is, but I also get why people might be scared to come forward as witnesses or share what they know. Still, if anyone out there has any info, no matter how small, it could really help so much. Damond deserves justice, and his family deserves some peace. I hope someday we see more resolutions for these cases, for Damond and all the others we've lost. What do you all think about how these cold cases are being handled? And what more could be done to ease communication between the community and law enforcement? Interested in hearing your thoughts. Stay safe out there.

Was anyone else following the news back in 2011 about Damond Wallace's case? It's so troubling to think about how many families were left without answers that year in Baltimore. Damond’s murder on Christmas Eve really hits hard—family gatherings should be filled with joy, not tragedy. It feels like the case got lost in the sea of other unsolved homicides from that time. Does anyone know if there has been any renewed effort by the community or law enforcement to shed new light on these cold cases? My heart goes out to Damond’s loved ones and all those who are still waiting for justice. It just seems like there has to be someone out there who knows something.
