I've been following Carl Stephen Knight's case for years, and one aspect that has always intrigued me is the role of Lake Don Pedro. Given its size and depth, it's understandable why recovering his remains has proven so challenging. But what baffles me is why more advanced technology or additional searches haven’t been organized recently, especially with advancements in underwater search equipment. Does anyone know if there have been any recent efforts or plans for new searches? It just seems like there’s still a chance to bring some closure to Carl’s family.
I’ve been following Carl Stephen Knight’s case for a while and something that’s always puzzled me is the use of sonar and divers in Lake Don Pedro. I understand that underwater searches can be tricky, but it's hard to comprehend how thorough everything seemed without any successful results. Lake Don Pedro is massive, sure, but does anyone know if there are parts of the lake that are especially difficult to search or could have been overlooked? It's just devastating to think that his family still hasn’t been able to find closure after all these years. Any thoughts on this or experiences with similar cases?
