I've been following Jamal Watkins' case, and something that troubles me is the location of the shooting. 9th Street and Lawyers Lane isn't exactly a secluded spot, so how was there no one around who saw or heard anything? It just seems odd that nobody noticed a thing, especially since it was only 9:30 PM. I can't help but feel for Jamal's family. It's hard enough to lose a loved one, but not having answers must add an unimaginable layer of pain for them. I really hope that someone out there who knows something comes forward soon. The community owes it to Jamal and his family to help bring some closure to this senseless tragedy. If anyone has any insights or thoughts, we should keep discussing this to keep the case alive and support his family in their quest for justice.
