Has anyone else been following Robert S. Willis's case? I was thinking about how experienced he was as an outdoorsman, which makes his disappearance so puzzling. It's not like he was inexperienced and could have just gotten lost easily. I wonder if something happened that wasn't related to him being out in the wild, like maybe he encountered someone on the trail. Also, did anyone ever look into other hunters or visitors in the area around the time he went missing? It always makes me question what can happen in these remote locations where a person can just vanish without a trace. What do you all think?

I've been thinking a lot about Robert S. Willis's case. What really gets me is how his truck was found on Forest Road 10S31. I wonder if that spot holds more clues than we realize. It's odd that his vehicle was just left there, especially given his experience outdoors. I've read theories suggesting he might have left it there intentionally, but without any signs of distress or personal items scattered, it feels more deliberate than accidental. Could someone else have been involved, or did he maybe plan to go deeper into the wilderness? I just can't shake the feeling that the location of his truck might be key to understanding what happened to him. Thoughts?

Has anyone else been following the Robert S. Willis case from Caruthers, CA? I was just thinking about how his truck was found on Forest Road 10S31, and something caught my attention. Does anyone know if there have been any sightings or any unusual activity reported specifically around that road before or after his disappearance? It's such a remote area, so someone abandoning a vehicle like that seems odd. I'm curious if anyone local remembers seeing anything strange or if that road is known for being a common starting point for hunters. It's unsettling to think that there were no significant leads, even after all these years. Hoping someone might have some insight or thoughts on this!
