Has anyone else been following the response of the local community to the tragic events on Creek Water Court? It's clear that these senseless killings have left a huge mark on Lawrenceville. I read about how Eugene McClam was found on a neighbor's porch—it must have been devastating for them to discover him like that. The thought alone is difficult to bear, and I can’t imagine the weight carried by those directly involved. The fact that Justice Lusk took an Uber and then tried to flee in a Lyft shows some level of premeditation, don’t you think? But what hit me hardest was how the community rallied during the trial. There were so many gatherings and vigils, all hoping for justice to bring some sense of peace. The strength shown by the families and friends of Eugene, Robert, and Steven is a testament to both their love for the victims and their resilience in the face of such tragedy. I hope they are finding some comfort and support from one another.
