I was reading up on Yarndragus Stanton's case again and couldn't help but feel frustrated about the situation in Baltimore back in 2012. It's so disheartening to think about how common these tragic incidents were, especially in neighborhoods like East Preston Street. It's like an entire community was living under a cloud of fear, uncertain when or if things might improve. While we know how difficult it can be to get witnesses to speak up, the silence just fuels the cycle of violence. I'm really hoping there are initiatives now that focus on building trust between the police and the community. Every life lost to senseless violence is too many, and my thoughts are with Yarndragus's family as they continue to seek justice.

Hi everyone, I've been following the case of Yarndragus Stanton, and something that's been on my mind is how this case and others like it don't get the media attention they deserve. It's like these lives just get swallowed up by the bigger narrative of crime statistics without really honoring the individuals and their stories. Yarndragus was so much more than just another number. I understand there's a lot going on in Baltimore, but it's still frustrating to see how stories like these are largely absent from larger news outlets when they happen all too often. It feels like there is a serious gap between what's happening on the ground and what ends up being reported. How do we get these stories the attention they need so real change can happen? It just seems so important, especially for the families left behind, who deserve justice and a voice in their loved ones’ stories. Thoughts?
