I've been thinking a lot about mental health and its role in this case. Yong Ae Yue and the other victims' lives were taken in such a senseless act of violence, and it makes me wonder how someone can reach such a breaking point that they commit these atrocities. While Robert Aaron Long claimed his actions stemmed from a sex addiction, it sparks a larger conversation about the urgent need for better mental health resources and support. It's absolutely crucial that we address these issues as a society to prevent future tragedies. My heart goes out to Yong Ae Yue's family and all those affected by this horrific event. It's vital we continue to support the victims' families and ensure their stories aren't forgotten.
