I’ve been following the tragic case of Harvey Glen Harris, and I can’t stop thinking about the community’s role in this. It sounds like there was a large gathering that night. It takes a village, and I truly believe someone there knows something. In events with such big crowds, it’s hard to imagine that no one saw or heard anything that could lead to an understanding of what happened. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for Harvey’s family not to have answers after such a long time has passed. It’s times like these when community solidarity can really make a difference. Even the smallest detail could be the key that investigators need. If you were there or know someone who was, it’s never too late to step forward anonymously. My thoughts go out to his loved ones, especially his mother, Vickie. I hope the people of Soperton can come together and help bring justice for Harvey and some peace to his grieving family.
