I can't stop thinking about the impact this tragedy has had on James Morton II's family and friends. It must be incredibly difficult for them to come to terms with such a senseless act of violence. I can't imagine the pain of losing someone this way, especially when it seemed like James was just trying to walk away from the situation. Has anyone heard more about his background or any memorials held for him? It’s just so important that we remember the person he was beyond this horrific incident, and keep supporting those who knew and loved him. It's a stark reminder of the terrible toll gun violence takes on our communities, and I hope we can find ways to prevent tragedies like this in the future.
