Hey everyone, I’ve been reading through the discussions here about Pablo Gomez's case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. I wanted to talk a bit about the role of bystanders in situations like this. In so many tragic incidents, it seems like there are people around who could potentially intervene or call for help sooner. I can’t help but wonder, were there other people in the area when things started getting out of hand? Were they too scared to step in, or did they not realize what was happening until it was too late? It's terrifying to think that we sometimes feel powerless to stop such tragedies from unfolding right in front of us. I truly hope that this case not only brings justice for Pablo but also encourages communities to step up and look out for each other more vigilantly. It's such a difficult subject, but it's an important conversation. Sending strength to those affected by this senseless act.
