Just read about the tragic loss of Anthony Crosby Jr. and Destiny Young. My heart goes out to their families and friends who are undoubtedly going through unimaginable grief right now. I can't even begin to fathom the pain of losing a loved one so suddenly and senselessly. One thing that's really been on my mind is the role of community in situations like these. Bainbridge is a small town, and I imagine folks there are pretty close-knit. I’m really hoping that the community can come together to support those affected and foster a sense of safety in the aftermath of this tragedy. It’s often said that it takes a village, and in times like these, that's never been more true. I also want to highlight the importance of any eyewitnesses or individuals with information coming forward. It's vital for justice to be served, not just for Anthony and Destiny, but for everyone in Bainbridge who deserves to feel safe in their neighborhood. Sending thoughts and strength to the community and hoping for some answers soon.
