I've been following Alexander Bugarski's case for some time, and something that keeps puzzling me is the lack of any surveillance footage. Baltimore and most urban areas tend to have a lot of cameras around, especially in public places and highways. I wonder if the investigators checked local businesses or traffic cams for footage around the time he went missing. Has there been any mention of this in the news or any press releases? It seems like even with poor-quality footage, it might provide a clue or at least rule out some possibilities. What do you all think? I just found myself revisiting the case of young Alexander Bugarski, and there's something I've always wondered about—does anyone know what led authorities to suspect Henrico County, VA, as a place Alexander might have been taken? It's been years, and still no breakthroughs about his exact whereabouts. Given that his mom was last seen with him, I assume there might have been some connection to that area?
