I've been following Katherine Harris-Zmudka's case for a while now, and something struck me as odd about her last known whereabouts. The fact that she was reportedly seen jaywalking near a bus stop makes me wonder if she was planning to catch a specific bus or if she had a particular destination in mind. San Diego's public transportation system can be a maze, and it’s possible she might have been trying to get somewhere familiar, maybe even back to an area she used to live in like San Bernardino or Moreno Valley. If she was a frequent traveler on public transit, she may have also bumped into someone she knew—or even someone who noticed her habits from afar. Has there been any exploration into whether someone on the bus route saw her or interacted with her? It feels like there could be some overlooked detail in the urgency or randomness of her travel on that day. Thoughts?
